Blog 86 Important visit.

On June 17 of this year, we received distinguished visitors. The Municipal Chief Executive, Mr. Solomon Akogti Ansoabayie and Madam Francesca Atuluk, director of Social Protection Directorate in the government. She comes originally from Wiaga.

They were given a tour in the school and of course also in the Workshop, they were both very enthusiastic.

The next day Mrs. Francesca came back! Great to experience that. She came with a whole team to speak to our parents (We had planned a parents' morning). The most important topic was that the children must all be registered, so that help can also reach our children. Fortunately, everyone did that.

And then one last piece of news: Mrs. Francesca also made sure that we received a large donation in kind: 3 boxes of sunflower oil, 18 mosquito nets and 18 bags of 25 kilos of rice! We can use that for a long time! We have distributed the nets to the children, the rice and oil we will use at school. But maybe we will hand out smaller bags (5 kilos) to the children this Christmas. Everything certainly benefits the children.
